BOARDS
Stock Boards: (no customization) If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return unused undamaged items for a refund with a 10% restocking fee. Customer to pay return shipping costs. If the board is returned damaged or used, a $250 deposit will be retained from your total purchase price (per board).
Custom Boards: Custom Boards cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for the customer. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us for options.
warranty
All of our LED boards come with a 1-year warranty on all electronics. Led ropes have a 30 day warranty, limited to proper use of rope. Misuse of rope will not be warrantied. If you pull on the rope and not the handle, the leds will break under force.
ONLY USE HANDLE WHEN TOWING RIDER.
Customer to pay all shipping costs related to warranty issues.
